Myofunctional Orofacial Examination and Diagnosis

Tongue trust, swallowing disorders, abnormal tongue posture, breathing difficulties, bad orofacial habits lead to myofunctional anomalies, which in turn lead to dental orthodontic and dentofacial orthopedic anomalies. This presentation contains both theoretical and practical information on how these anomalies, which can be diagnosed in infancy/early childhood and rehabilitated with early interventions, can be diagnosed in children and adults and what kind of clinical anomalies they may cause if overlooked.

After graduating from Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry in 2001, he completed his doctorate in 2007 at Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics. After working in his own private practice for a while, he worked at Istanbul Medipol University between 2015-2018 and Bahçeşehir University between 2019-2021 and Istanbul Aydın University 2021-2022. At the same time, Kılınç, who has a Master of Art (MA) degree in Cinema and Television has published poem, story and essay books and shot short films which are written and directed by himself. In addition, he is as a professional film and social meda content producer, an amateur songwriter, composer and singer.
